Catskill Edible Garden Project Grant
The Catskill Edible Garden Project (CEGP) works with schools and communities to design edible gardens as living, outdoor educational, and gathering spaces.
These projects offer access to healthy local food, โhands-onโ experience, and exposure to food and agriculture as important aspects of our community and culture.
Schools participating in CEGP may also apply for funds to purchase cooking kits or indoor grow stations; host Chef in the Classroom experiences, organize field trips to local farms or engage guest speakers.
The Catskill Edible Garden Project is a partnership between Sullivan 180, Catskill Mountainkeeper and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County.
